No matter how advanced your camera you still need to be responsible for getting it to the right place at the right time and pointing it in the right direction to get the photo you want.

Tomorrows Trip

So tomorrow I will probably be going down to the New York Aquarium to get some photos of some fishes. This is going to be my second phototrip, as I went to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens last week. Next week I may go to the zoo.

It is getting to the point where I am not happy with a lot of my photos. I see beautiful images online and wonder, why doesn't mine look like that? I want to go somewhere outside of my house and find some place to take some iconic image. One of those images that you've seen every where.

I guess I still have to practice though, I mean in all honestly I've only been doing this for what, a few years now? I'm glad I do actually have a project I will be working on as far as my photography but I do fear my skills will fall short of what is required. Oh well, the best I can do is keep on shooting the best shots I can get.

damn what a day.

so im in times square today hanging out with lion, and of course i got my camera and my telephoto, taking photos of people as they walk by

i snap two shots of this one guy named carlos santos walking towards me, and he shakes his head no so i put the camera down to show him that i wont take any more photos of him
